the back fence is falling over. It Is on a cul-de-sac so you just to walk to back side to see the fence

Concrete fence around transportation center for FBISD. Fence is dilapidated and falling back on Highway 6 around buses for FBISD. Looks terrible.

Back section of the fence is down, has been like this for some time. Visible from main street and needs repair.

I have written 3 letters to neighbor offering to pay half of the cost to replace fence and no response. I have submitted a complaint and still no action by neighbors. The fence is now down on the ground. I need help I can’t pass HHA inspection with this fence in this condition.
