I know they can park in the construction zone and they can access my easement but you can't just block people's driveway with vehicles and hang out there. That's disrespectful. They are at several intersections, loitering inside vestibules at the Macomb Mall, walking aimlessly down neighorhood streets. Get these losers off the street please and thank you.
