    The sidewalk next to the DHS fields has layers and layers of uneven patches making an uneven surface for folks with limited mobility and snow removal

    Categorizing this as Sidewalk Depression. However, it's more like Sidewalk Obstruction. The Hedges (bushes) in front of 17 West Street are now blocking 1/2 the sidewalk. Unfortunately, I have witnessed some handicapped folks on larger scooters be forced out onto the road so that they can get by this section of side walk. This has been noticed for a few years now, but seems to be becoming a safety concerns as the bushed are now much larger than they used to be.

    This large puddle appears on the side of the road every time it rains. There’s a drain nearby but because of the depression on this side of the road it never gets there.
    In the winter this depression results in water spraying up on the sidewalk when cars drive through it creating dangerous slippery walking conditions for pedestrians. It would be great to have this filled in so the water drained out naturally to the nearby street drain at the corner.

    When is the City going to tend to the roads in Evergreen Cemetery? The entrance road is like a washboard and starting to develop small craters. There are many other paved areas with missing pavement & depressions. Most of the gravel roads need regrading. The cemetery roads have been neglected for years and it's overdue for some TLC.

    Paper street off of Summit St, in years past the DPW has laid down some reclaim with a front-end loader to fill in some potholes. If you could do that again this year would be much appreciated.
