    Dion is role playing the white knight - the heavy; this is back door politics. DSA owns Portland Maine, and Mayor Dion is part and parcel; or be emasculated, he is playing good cop to keep the facade up. Someone is gonna die. When that happens, another “aha moment”will occur - like Lewiston or the 295 shooting - “we should have known” will be uttered. Until then, we wait and hide, out of fear.
