    63 Duval in SSF has an illegal extension unit in the rear left corner of their house, it has been there for more than a year and since last December, two tenants moved in that unit, that really annoys us. The unit is about 700 square feet, it's built with no permit( I called your department earlier and the girl told me no permit was applied). Please take a look at the attachment to help you better locate the unit.

    Garbage cans are left on the sidewalk on the Laurel Ave side. Backyard is full of trash, a couch, mattress, miscellaneous trash bags and other furniture. This is in plain view of the neighbors as they have no fence and everything is by driveway.
    The front porch is full of plastic bags. It smells terrible and rodents are running over everything.
    It’s a disgrace and a public nuisance.

    They simply have too many cars per sq ft they occupy the space, which is a violation of building code. PLEASE have building/code enforcement come take a look during the day.
