    When I suggested this is a bad look for police I was told by the shift Sgt. supervisorStarbucks wants the cops to hang out there do to the petty thefts. As a tax payer I would expect Starbucks to hire security not us city police for store security. This was said while a police training officer and new cop stood by. If is not true than the sgt is spreading disinformation to the public, and setting a horrible example to a new hire. Lying to residents for parking convenience and coffee.

    Regarding the Community Room:
    1.) Video editing tool for presentations that incorporate videos. This would also us to customize the length, insert titled pages, (etc.), rather than use the original video file which may be very large (i.e., 12 GB+)
    2.) A laser pointer to assist the presenter with locations on the screen during a presentation.
    3.) A CAT connection between the PD Only server rack to under the podium. This would allow law enforcement presentations to RIMS and other LEO databases. The connection could be physically removed/inserted into the server rack to ensure the general public does not have access to the PD network when in non-PD use.

    A beloved toy belonging to a kid got stuck in the overhead light fixture. 5 foot ladder is still too short to reach the toy. I'm a building attendant at the LPR and requesting that someone with a taller ladder to come and remove the toy so we can return it to the girl. This is located at the LPR, Room 236. Thanks
