    The abundant lavender bushes in front of the corner house at 376 Arroyo Dr. at the top of Alta Mesa Dr. are an obstruction to traffic coming up Arroyo and to traffic at the stop sign at Alta Mesa and Arroyo. I have witnessed a few near collisions of cars as they approach this intersection. Please ask the owner of the bushes to trim them back to allow better traffic site at this juncture.

    Parking strip outside of apartment building at 987 Sandra Court has once again become the dumping ground for residents and/or citizens dumping their trash, small items, furniture etc. in a small area at the end of the outside Parking Strip. This was already cleaned up on 5/7/20, but has begun to grow again.
    Comm. Director suggests besides cleaning up once again, that Code Enforcement go out to location, as well, to determine what measures can be taken to deter this behavior [fencing? violation sign(s)? etc.]

    Excellent work by the team that cleans our downtown; unfortunately, there are many irresponsible people who have left garbage bags on Grand Avenue and at some points and on Maple Ave, which are unsightly for our businesses and visitors.

    Today I submitted two reports of carts at the SSF BART station. You're replies was that it was inside BART and for me to contact BART. Thy type reply is not acceptable. All you did was to try to pass the buck. First, the carts are outside the BART station and second, how dare you tell me to contact BART. I made a valid report and you pass the buck. All you have to do is do the same job as you do for other cart reports. Don't pass the buck back to me.
