construction of new library at northwest corner of ECR and Westborough. sidewalk and curb forms left for over a month. No sidewalk poured. pedestrians are left to walk in street full of 40 mph traffic. only cones as a delineation. this is unsafe. actual barricades should be placed. when will they pour the sidewalk ? they should out plywood or something over so that pedestrians can walk

The side walk on westborough blvd is like dump yard. I walked to shopping center today, l was surprised how duty is the side walk . And the bushes too!If you give me a proper bag and permission I can pick up and clean !(between galway and olympic.)come and look for yourself , is very embarrassing thank you!!

Orange highway cone needs to be picked up/removed. It has been on the sidewalk on Hemlock Ave next to the white picket fence of the corner house on Hemlock Ave & Irving St for over a week. Thank you.

I put in a request to fix a crosswalk button, instead of moving the request forward to the correct department I get the lazy response I would expect from a large corporation Open the ticket on my behalf or for the entire city or every pedestrian that needs to cross it!!! De

There are several issues with the GTFS feed for the South City Shuttle:
1.) The Orange line route is inaccurate. In the Avalon neighborhood, the route goes straight on Avalon, but the feed shows that it turns and stops on Valencia.
2.) Also in the Avalon neighborhood, the Orange route shows it turns on Alida and makes a U-turn but in reality it just continues straight toward El Camino.
3.) In the Serra Highlands neighborhood, the Orange route shows it goes on non-streets toward SSF BART Station instead of the actual route.
4.) In the Orange route, the direction of travel is inaccurate. It should say something like “To SSF BART” or “To Westborough”.

Please fix.

The fencing across the street from 428 Railroad Ave is damaged and needs repair. It has been like this for months. Who would be the party responsible for repair?

Please install plastic safety bollards at the appropriate interval along the bike lane located at Airport Blvd and Grand See the highlighted lines in the photo where the bollards should go Cars are continuously parking in the bike lane, completing ignoring the newly painted parking stalls Adding the bollards will keep cyclists safer Also, SSFPD will not enforce illegally parked cars by towing SSFPD is derelict in their duty by not keeping cars out of the bike lane The bollards will help by properly directing cars to the appropriate stall and keep traffic out of the lane These need to be installed ASAP Each passing day is a potential cyclist injury or death SSFPD is derelict in their duties so the city must step up and help

Over a year ago , I reported a light pole was knocked down in the middle of the street and needed to be replaced. I was assured that it would be replaced, but to no avail. It is dark at night and the light fixture is a deterrent to crime. Maintenance Department has only placed a cone over where the pole was.

Several nights ago, a policeman rang our door and asked if we had any video on a car theft across street. A SUV was stolen and driven to the Valero gas station on Callan & King Drive to break in. Unfortunately, because of no lighting, nothing was seen on the video. In the daytime, a good, quality video can be produced.

For safety and peace of mind, please put in a light pole in the middle of the street t Callan & Cashlea Court.
