I am not sure how to go about resolving this issue, but every morning between 6-6:20am, a vehicle in the parking lot of this apartment complex honks its horn on average once a minute for up to 5-15 minutes until the person they're there to pick up walks out. I know horn honking is a public nuisance per City Code (see Sec. 12-5007(c).Sec 12-5008). Can the city notify the tenants of this complex that horn honking is not allowed?

Street light is 95% obscured by tall Oak tree on owner's property which makes this a dangerous intersection. Duke Energy will NOT trim this tree due to the fact that their is NO O/H power line in the area. City of Raleigh, please make it a point to keep this tree trimmed WAY BACK, for it is dangerous at night at the intersection of Old Brick Ct and iron Horse Rd.

Need light or some sort of signal or sign at ed drive and blue Ridge Rd. Can't see to go across to ed drive.

Homeowners are calling PPM to report crushed broken glass all over the road, dropped by the recycling truck earlier today. The City advised homeowners around 1 PM that they would have someone out immediately, but no one came. Now, homeowners are reporting glass in tires and in pets' paws. This is in the Townes of Long Lake Community reported by PPM after hours on call manager per homeowner complaints.

Possible sewer spill by Kroger. Smell is stronger than I've ever smelled it. Almost intolerable.

The dashed white line turning left at this intersection needs to be redrawn properly. It's too wide. When I turn from the other direction I have very little room for error as the other vehicles turn.
