traffic signal at intersection multiple problems one being east and west light changes to quickly seconds going from the West to the east you have to be on the other side of the railroad track to trigger the light if you are in a longer vehicle as like a school bus or a garbage truck you're hanging off into the tracks

The lights going from Washington street to Baker and vice versa are not turning green properly. They are taking multiple times to turn green so I am sitting waiting to cross 54 for extremely long periods even with no traffic. This is not the first time this has happened so assume they need to be checked again.

the light changes far too quickly going north to south doesn't even have time to make it through the line of cars before you get cut off then you have to sit there and wait far too long
