Occupant is using garage as a storage for stray cats in the neighborhood. The stray cats are breeding, adding to an already high number of stray cats in the area.

This home has at least six felines that are allowed to come and go as they please which means they cross streets and other people’s properties. I’m fearful for the lives of these cats. No licenses or rabies tags visible so no idea on whether they are properly vaccinated or anything else.

They have 2 large dogs that are outside 24 hours a day that bark constantly, and at all hours of the night.

Owners let the dog outside at 5am and the dog barks constantly for hours before they let it back in. They also let the dog sit outside late at night and constantly barks before letting it back inside.

The city owned ditch on the south side of 811 10th Ave n is full of noxious weeds, poison ivy, buckthorn, nettles, etc. please clean out this ditch
