Pinellas County - proper PLUS

a lot of sand has somehow a cumulated across the street from the address provided. enough sand is there that a bike going thru that I could cause a bike wreck getting wheels stuck in the depth of dand.

Over the past two years I have issues with the crosswalks on 64th Street South, 5th Ave N and 9th Ave N. All three of the crosswalks have flashing yellow lights to be used to cross the street. At least 7 or 8 times the cars that are on my right side don’t stop and I’m always in the middle of the crosswalk. When I press the button for the crosswalk the car on my right side either has plenty of time to stop for me or no one is even there when I press the button and they carelessly speed up and on multiple times the car is less than two feet away from hitting me. Has Pinellas County ever considered installing red flashing lights instead of having the yellow lights? These crosswalks are extremely dangerous.

Signal button for crossing on the north side of 5th Ave N is not working. It has not worked for at least a week.

The asphalt pavement on the road is broken and needs to be repaired.

Bridge to trail washed out and collapsed after hurricane Milton, was reported to city of Saint Petersburg, told it could be a county issue

Trash receptacle has been disconnected from its base and that base is a hazard. Someone is gonna bust their arse .

Pinellas Trail - East side of 31st St - button to activate traffic light to halt 31st St car traffic for bike riders/pedestrians was not working on Sunday, March 3

Heading south on 31St S, just after crossing 26th Avenue S, the asphalt on the bicycle lane has been dug up leaving a 3x3 foot square of gravel. It is very dangerous to hit that patch of gravel at speed. The gravel path is in front of the new apartment complex.

The city/ county is not mowing the ROW along the SOUTH side side of the pinellas county trail on Travelers way South between pinellas way south and LaPlaza ave South outside of the guard rail which they have been doing since 2003 now they no longer mow this anymore for the past year!! They mow the north side ROW but no longer maintain the South side of the trail along Travelers Way S. The city had been mowing the ROW along Travelers Way S for decades!! What's the problem here the grass is 3 feet high in some areas!! Its not the residents responsibly to mow the ROW outside of the pinellas county trail!!

On the bike lane, heading west on 26th Ave S, near Union St, the bike lane was dug up, but the asphalt was never replaced leaving a dangerous patch of gravel.
