Pinellas County - proper PLUS

Is the city permitting this? I've seen golf carts, scooters and now trucks parked in the park. Someone sunbathing is going to get ran over. Vehicles don't belong in the park.

In response to the closed “Request ID #18088434 and #17804363” which does not allow me to respond, I would like an explanation as to why the city selectively chooses when to quote and enforce certain laws. If laws are being cited to close this issue, shouldn’t they also be consistently enforced in all applicable situations? Please clarify this inconsistency.

. I would like to point out that Florida law prohibits counties and municipalities from allowing regular camping or sleeping on public property unless specific areas are designated for such purposes. The law states:

I understand the need to include personal information for Code Compliance complaints as per Senate Bill 60. This is a legitimate SeeClickFix report, and similar issues at this location were successfully addressed and resolved through this forum last year. A city official left a notice and removed left belongings on this exact bench. However, it appears this specific request is being protected and given special treatment. I request a response from a supervisor to clarify why this inconsistency is occurring and how it will be addressed moving forward.y.

Bay Vista Park drinking fountain is clogged and nasty. Park visitors, boaters, runners, cyclists and walkers need a clean drinking fountain. It is a waste of city money to invest in drinking fountain and then have it be clogged and nasty.

This wouldn't give me the traffic light option so I put park issue. The light at this intersection is so poorly timed. It used to be okay, and now it gives so much green light time to the business that rarely has people going in an out. The red lights on the majority of traffic are so long I've seen more than a handful of drivers just run it, especially during morning and afternoon to/from work. This can obviously be very dangerous, but since traffic is rarely coming from the business, nothing has happened yet.

There is no option for illegal activity, so I choose rendon.Those people are renting their pool area as a party venue. This is happening forever and starts Thursday to the weekend and Holidays. So they even charge $30.00 per ticket. This is a residential area, not commercial. I already called the cops on them, but they told me the county has to do something about it. Pinellas, can you please do something??? Those people don't have liquor license, license to be doing this kind business, and if a shooting or something bad happens, who will be charged for? They or the county that are not doing anything? It's the second request.

I'm not sure what is this lot, if it's a county park or a private lot. The issue is, there are always people making noise, playing loud music and using drugs. Maybe revitalizing the park or selling it would be a good idea?
