    Bees in tree on neighboring property which is against our fence next to our garage. I have been Stung several times while working outside near my garage. Same tree had same issue 2yrs ago and we contacted neighbor to deal with the issue. We also told him 2yrs ago at such time that an arborist came to look at tree and stated that half of tree that bees were in was rotting and is hollow all way down and should be removed. We notified neighbor of this 2yrs ago and he stated he would not remove that half of the tree but would have bees removed. Now, 2yrs later bees have returned again and were swarming. I have tried to contact neighbor and have had no success. Neighbor has not lived at property for the 7yrs we have been present next door nor has anyone else lived there. I have placed a note on his door and in his mailbox which are still there now 10 days later. We again had an arborist, different company this time come out and look at the half of the tree where bees are and they stated same, that that half of the tree is decayed and is hollow all way down and needs to be removed. I have been unsuccessful in contacting the neighbor about his tree and ti notify him of such issue
