There has been an uptick in excessive long term dockage of sailboat dinghies on the loading docks at the grandview boat ramp. These boats are NOT abandoned, at risk, or derelict. They are being moored for a period of time that is against the park rules Enforcement of city park rules is a CITY problem

The ramp only has two slips When these vessels are docked in this space, it forces boaters to leave their vessel docked in the ramp while they park their trailer, hindering the flow of traffic

Fire extinguisher box broken and falling off the pilot. Jet ski launch area erroneously closed for “damage” drone and observations indicate launch area to be safe. Closure of this area combined with closure of Dunedin, Sutherland, and Seminole being down two lanes has made launching in the Dunedin area an absolute nightmare. Understanding they will be doing some work, but don’t close it for a year when it’s operational in current state.

Derelict vessel STILL obstructing the boat ramp for over 3 weeks If this issue is a SPPD issue and the owner has been notified and had their 21 days to remove the vessel, where are the charges against the owner and when will the City remove this vessel from obstructing one out of two of our boat ramps?
