    strong marijuana/weed smoke

    Hello, I would like to report a smoke issue affecting my home at Townplace Apartments. The smoke comes through the ventilation from a neighboring building located to the left of the sand volleyball court, affecting apartments 195, 196, 197, 198, and possibly others. I do not know exactly which apartment is producing the smoke.
    This marijuana smoke enters almost every night and sometimes in the morning, affecting me physically: I feel dizzy, have a burning sensation in my stomach, and general discomfort. I previously notified the building management, but the problem continues.

    The people that live here constantly adopting animals and then returning them or getting rid of them. Over the past year I have seen 1 pig and at least 7 dogs go in and out this house and it raises concern to what is going on. Always tons of kids and trash everywhere.

    This morning around 10.40 I was walking my Labrador on a leash,and a pitbull ran out of this house,no leash,probably got away through gate,went after my dog,I tried to pull my dog away because even though he is big he was probably scared,this dog,grey stocky pitbull try to go after him until he was called from what looked like a pool guy.
    These owners while wlaki g their dogs looks like they don’t have much control over them,they mouth should have a muzzle too,too many people in this neighborhood are scared of them,today we were lucky,but me and my dog were distraught,this is unacceptable,what if there would be older person walking the dog and wouldn’t have the strengths pull their dog away or usually my 12 year old walks our dog too,so what would she do then?

    There is an abandoned sailboat beached on the shore at the northwest corner of the Tierra Verde Bridge.

    This boat has shown up overnight at the Boat Ramp on Sunlit Cove and Bay Streets. It has water in it, it may be sinking.
    Since we are expecting heavy rains today, this can easily become a hazard to the environment and waterway.

    No idea where to report this: there is a boat that has been anchored for more than a month just off the shore of North Shore Park at 12th Ave NE. The boat is anchored in the swimming zone, does not have lights at night, and is pretty derelict. Could you please offer insight on who to report this to? Thank you.
