    A rooster is roaming free in our neighborhood. It seems to hang out by our house a while then go into a tree by our house and the backyard of a neighbor. It’s a nuisance and a noise disturbance, and I don’t want it hurting our kids. It starts crowing around 5:30am and goes for hours, nonstop. I was told it belonged to a neighbor but it escaped during the hurricanes and he couldn’t catch it, and he moved without the rooster. Please help relocate it! Our street cannot sleep!

    No idea where to report this: there is a boat that has been anchored for more than a month just off the shore of North Shore Park at 12th Ave NE. The boat is anchored in the swimming zone, does not have lights at night, and is pretty derelict. Could you please offer insight on who to report this to? Thank you.
