    Yet again there is a burning chemical smell that is extremely strong when you walk outside. All of my previous complaints were closed yet HowCo gets to continue to poison the air of our neighborhood with impunity. It has been years now with no action. This is disappointing from our local leadership.

    The owner of this AIRBNB routinely burns cardboard, paper and yard debris in his front yard fire pit after his guests leave the property. He has left his property with an active fire burning on at least 2 occasions with no one monitoring the fire.

    He had a large fire this afternoon from about 4:30pm until after 6pm. He left this property and the fire was still burning and unattended at 6pm.

    While walking my daughter to school this morning near the intersection of 9th Avenue and 44th Street, I noticed a very strong odor of gas. The smell appeared to be coming from behind the Howco area, though I am not certain of the exact source. The odor was strong and noticeable throughout the area.

    While walking past Howco, I noticed a very gassy odor along with a very strong chemical smell. I’m unable to specifically identify the chemical odor, but it was intense enough that I had to turn down one of the side roads to get away from it. Don't remember the wind direction was just trying to get away from the area

    Overwhelming smell of cat litter box/ammonia. First noticed early October when we moved to area, and has been noticed at different times of day since.     I wanted to ask if you can put up a few more dog waste bag dispening stations at the three gate entries along Pinellas Ave and RaJel Ave into the Philippe Park. We can only find one box in the entire park.

    the asphalt patch at the South ramp in crisp park has failed miserably, it is now arguably worse than before. it needs actual concrete to be permanent.
