The trail located just south of 46th Ave S, next to Pizza Hut, that runs between 34th St S and 31st St S has a lot of trash and also homeless that are living under the highway. Their bodies and belongings are partially blocking the trail on a consistent basis making it difficult to pass safely. This is also a cut through for children to get to Maximo Elementary school that is located on 31st St S.

The palms are dying,since they have never been trimmed. Reported in sept. 2022,but still not done.

Travelers Way South side of Pinellas Trail barrier. Grass is overgrown most of the length of the street. This has been reported multiple times, closed out without inspection or actually addressing the problem. Garbage bin for size reference.

I am writing to urgently address a hazardous issue on Central Avenue, near my apartment complex. The construction crew recently parked their trucks in the lot next to the bridge, leaving behind sand and dirt, which they failed to clean up. This sand is now blocking the sidewalk, causing severe flooding when it rains because the water has nowhere to drain.

This flooding has already ruined the brakes on my medical device, causing them to squeak when in use. As a person with a disability, this sidewalk is my only safe route home. The alternative route is using the road, which is far too dangerous for someone in my condition.

It is concerning that such an important pathway has been neglected. The city should be proactive in reviewing sidewalks to ensure they are safe and accessible for all residents, rather than waiting for complaints to take action. I urge you to address this issue immediately by clearing the sand, fixing the drainage, and ensuring the sidewalks are regularly maintained.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to follow up on a previous request regarding a barrier obstructing access to the Pinellas Trail. As mentioned in my initial message, this trail is crucial for my daily mobility, and I rely on it 7-10 times per day to move around using my medical device.

Unfortunately, I have not yet received a response to my earlier request. Additionally, Central Avenue is currently occupied by construction vehicles and has flooded crosswalks, leaving me with no viable alternative routes. This situation makes it extremely challenging for me to navigate around these obstacles.

While I understand that increased foot traffic from recent baseball games may contribute to the issue, it is essential to ensure that access to the Pinellas Trail remains clear and unobstructed due to its significance for many individuals, including myself.

I kindly request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible, and I would greatly appreciate a timely response.

Car knocked down sign,”No fishing from bridge.” Sign is on grass, south side of bridge.

Canal -Arellano to st. Pete trail is clogged with branches,bushes and vines. All palms along here need trimming.

The park bench by the bus stop for the kids near the bike racks is broken. It was damaged by a the tractor equipment that was used to paint the building behind it from Peridot Palms. It's bent, with sharp edges, getting rusty and potentially dangerous at this point. The community association said this is city property/responsibly.

Under the 275 bridge at the skyway trail the fence is dismantled. The erosion situation has been taken care of but fencing is not. My granddaughter was approached by strange man that came through fence area and questioned her age. She goes through to catch city bus to go to school on 34th and 46th st s in front Burger King. I see that this same issue existed in 2022. Please help

Cones blocking the bike lane and forcing bikes into a busy and unsafe roadway for no reason. I tried talking to the workers at the jobsite and was met with hostility.
