The traffic light at Roosevelt N and 16th Street W needs the timing corrected. We have many patients who complain that they have to run the light because they sit for several cycles and it never turns green to allow them to U-turn. A U-turn is required to access our building (in Blue Heron Corporate Center) when coming from 9th Street.

Retention pond on Mystic Lake Drive N needs dredging. It is almost completely filled in with overgrowth. This is a wildlife area for ducks, turtles and various herons. It is also creating a problem with mosquitos.

Walking at Freedom Lake park today. There was a speed limit sign, 10MPH Here last week. Walking around the curve in front of the play area. A city truck comes around the curve at 9:55, Doing at least 30! I shake my head like wow, The driver throws his arms in the air, Looking at me shaking his head like what! Goes all the way into the left lane! Get thing no children were crossing! This was not the people who work in the park every day, They look out for the children and old people here. But it's pretty bad when a city vehicle drives past a playground going that fast!

No other option… Pinellas Central Elementary has their car line stationed in the grassy area/easement in front of the school. Because of this the soil has compacted, creating pot holes and a 4-6” elevation change between the road and the easement. This concerning as there is no forgiveness to vehicles northbound on 58th st. The county needs to correct this hazard.

Every flag, with the exception of the national ensign, is ripped and tattered and barely recognizable. Please replace all five military branch flags.

Lots of trash everywhere. We picked up as much as we could. Trash can overflowing at picnic area by the water.

This park would greatly benefit from trash cans by the playground.

Slides do not slide kids get caught because it is so old and worn out from the sun.

There is a picnic table at Woodlawn Sports Complex at the volleyball courts that is very, very rusty, with some chunks missing. Lots of people congregate around it and it's used daily. Is there anything that can be done to have that table removed and another replace it?
