    This past week has been hectic with semi trucks parked in street blocking traffic besides the engine noises when left running for hours and pollution added to it
    My question are they allowed to park in residential area sometimes over night ?

    Brunch fallen on electrical lines. I contacted Duke Energy a few days ago and nothing have been done. In the meanwhile, when I drive by, I see people obligated to walk on the street. The worst are the handicapped trying to cross the street and children whose school school is 1.5 blocks away. This is right in front of City Hall in Pinellas Park and Library whereas Pinellas Park utilities drive by all day long.

    Neighbors tree (from across the street) was moved out of roadway by crews with orange vests into my yard blocking my entire driveway.
