    There a moderate burnt fuel and rotten egg type smell coming from the HowCo plant again today. This week I've noticed that there is consistently a smell coming from the plant from the 4pm timeframe onwards until at least 6pm just about every day this week.

    No idea where to report this: there is a boat that has been anchored for more than a month just off the shore of North Shore Park at 12th Ave NE. The boat is anchored in the swimming zone, does not have lights at night, and is pretty derelict. Could you please offer insight on who to report this to? Thank you.

    This boat has shown up overnight at the Boat Ramp on Sunlit Cove and Bay Streets. It has water in it, it may be sinking.
    Since we are expecting heavy rains today, this can easily become a hazard to the environment and waterway.

THEY ALSO HAVE A UNAUTHORIZED TRAILER PARKED IN THE BACK YARD. ILLEGALLY USING SEPTIC. PLEASE STOP BY TO CONFIRM. THIS HOUSE SO MUCH TRASH IN FRONT OF IT MAKING IT SORE TO THE EYES. IT LOOKS LIKE A LANDFILL.

    These are pieces and parts that people have pulled up in their personal boats to the boat ramp and left them after the storm. It’s nice that they do that for safety issues but now it is a problem for people using the boat ramp. It is blocked more than 50%it is too heavy for somebody to move. If somebody could come out and remove it that would be wonderful. It may save an accident. Thank you very much for your prompt service. This is a tough situation for all of us, but this probably should be addressed sooner than later thank you very much for all of your help in advance.
