Pinellas County - proper PLUS

I'm not sure what is this lot, if it's a county park or a private lot. The issue is, there are always people making noise, playing loud music and using drugs. Maybe revitalizing the park or selling it would be a good idea?

There are consistently homeless type people loitering around the park at all hours of the day. Smoking and using drugs and alcohol. Leaving trash everywhere and even starting small fires. It would be really good for the city to put up some park hours or no loitering signs to protect the tax paying residents from this type of behavior.

New Pickleball courts not properly graded or built to code specifications, Huge holes and hazard to players.

There is a picnic table at Woodlawn Sports Complex at the volleyball courts that is very, very rusty, with some chunks missing. Lots of people congregate around it and it's used daily. Is there anything that can be done to have that table removed and another replace it?

4/19/23 - 10 year old girls softball had to be halted. The burned out lights on field 4 were to dim to be considered safe.

Walking at Freedom Lake park today. There was a speed limit sign, 10MPH Here last week. Walking around the curve in front of the play area. A city truck comes around the curve at 9:55, Doing at least 30! I shake my head like wow, The driver throws his arms in the air, Looking at me shaking his head like what! Goes all the way into the left lane! Get thing no children were crossing! This was not the people who work in the park every day, They look out for the children and old people here. But it's pretty bad when a city vehicle drives past a playground going that fast!

another person fell on the tennis courts today. the cracks are getting very bad and I have seen 3 people fall. this woman is visiting and staying at the Bellweather

This tree has been causing an increasing blind spot for our house when backing out of our driveway. My husband already rear ended a driver that was in the trees blind spot. I am worried as it gets bigger there will be more danger to my family because of this blind spot and busy road.

There is an older man that is cursing, yelling, trying to fight people that are playing tennis at Puryear park. He is on the tennis courts (playing tennis) but is truly there to make a scene.
He is causing trouble for everyone on the tennis courts. I have attached his license plate and a picture of him flipping me off because I was too loud at a public park… this man has been calling the city on patrons using the park for his own pleasure. This morning 7/29 he asked me ‘if I wanted to go a few rounds.’ Essentially, he wants to fight; not use the public facilities.
