Developing pothole on right side of Pinellas Trail 20 yards up from PT 180 heading west

Many of the stairs are missing concrete plating screws but this hazard the plating is sticking up from the concrete step. Very dangerous.

Broken glass down 8 more steps approximately.

The “No Right on Red” sign does NOT illuminate when the GREEN walk signal is on.
Yes, it comes on later but cyclists are already in the turning lane as cars make the right.
VERY poor engineering!

At four (4) intersections, along the Pinellas Trail (thru Isla Del Sol), there are numerous instances where the fasteners for Tactile Pavement Strips have loosened and are protruding above the surface of the pavement strips. This is a hazard to both cyclists and pedestrians. The specific locations are as follows (also, refer to numbered locations on attached photo/map):
1): Northernmost intersection of SR-679 and Palma Del Mar Blvd.; 2) Southernmost intersection of SR-679 and Palma Del Mar Blvd; 3) Unnamed intersection, located south of Palma Del Mar Blvd., and; 4) Unnamed intersection, northern approach to the Tierra Verde bridge.
Please correct ASAP, as this is a safety hazard. Thank you!

Litter, debris and damaged fence at I275 underpass at US19 (46th ave)

The curbs in the crosswalks are difficult to see with all the white lines. The white lines also give the impression there is a ramp throughout the crossing to access the sidewalk. I am aware of three people who have been hospitalized after riding their bike into the curb at this location! PLEASE have them painted yellow.

The red brick alley between Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Street and 8th St., North is overgrown up to the knee with vegetation. The parking lot owned by the Saint Petersburg health department is overgrown with vegetation encroaching onto the alley.

The crossing signal on Pinellas Trail heading west at 31 St. S. has not been working for weeks.
This is VERY dangerous .

Canal -Arellano to st. Pete trail is clogged with branches,bushes and vines. All palms along here need trimming.

The trail located just south of 46th Ave S, next to Pizza Hut, that runs between 34th St S and 31st St S has a lot of trash and also homeless that are living under the highway. Their bodies and belongings are partially blocking the trail on a consistent basis making it difficult to pass safely. This is also a cut through for children to get to Maximo Elementary school that is located on 31st St S.
