    This is the 3rd report about this. Mt recycling bin was not picked up. I had it on time for pick up and was never picked up. We have a storm coming and I was send multiple requests for this bin to be emptied but nobody has come.
    Please we have a storm coming, I need to bin emptied. It was not my fault it wasn't emptied.
