Soil stabilization measures have not been installed by Developer. A graded construction site should have straw, seed, silt fencing, or other temporary stabilization measures so that soil/debris doesn't make a mess of streets and clog stormwater drains.

The mud and debris collects after each heavy rain. We drive through this each time. Please send someone to clean the street and take the required step to slow down this issue. Thank you.

The Drainage ditch runs up against a fence that collects the debris from the street. The debris causes overflow that starts an erosion ditch in my backyard. I’ve lost a significant amount of terrain from my backyard. This happens every rain. The previous case I made on here was corrected by clearing leaves. Unfortunately the ditch collects leaves and puts them back on the fence causing the overflow that cause erosion

This issues was once fixed but the contractor's who installed the green utility boxes ran over all the barriers and did not replace them

Continued flooding of entire garage all the way up to house foundation and entire yard looks like a dam broke! Have more pics and videos and awaiting Cliff flood engineer to meet with my husband and RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM!

The side of my property facing Holder is capturing much more runoff from Hemlock/Holder than prior to the resurfacing of Holder/Hemlock. My lower yard catches so much water that it runs across my driveway and then down my sidewalks and into my backyard. My neighbor below me at the corner of Holder/Weatherly has a ditch feature...I do not. Something happened after the resurface that affected the drainage off Weatherly Mt. to my property. There is no other place for the water to go except to my yard as it goes downhill to Weatherly.

The construction at this location is undermining the fence line. The metal and wood portion of the fence has already dropped 4-5 inches and is leaning. Owner will not provide details on project completion or remedy to damage to adjacent property.

In 2016, after a public meeting with the city, work was performed to stop the backup of water in the neighborhood. A spill over area was added to the north of the bridge to catch water that was backing up. In the meeting it was mentioned the bridge does not meet city code as it was built prior to November 2004. It's been nearly 20 years, more neighborhoods have been approved by the city along the creek yet nothing has been done to fix the real issue that causes the backup of water. Please bring your infrastructure up to code before a major problem arises.

The Huntsville Cities fix to my first hole apparently didn't work well, because I have a new one now...

Public Works folks please call me and this time when you destroy my sodded yard, put sod back...
