Bank of America building construction still happening at. 7am or earlier weekdays ! Against city noise ordinance

The traffic control for the lane closure is dangerous. Drivers are getting stuck on the RR tracks. For instance if someone clears tracks, suddenly turns right onto Alma from left lane (only available lane) and is stopped by pedestrians crossing Alma. There is no sight distance for drivers behind. Traffic is also backing up on SB El Camino because the single available Ravenswood lane is filling up with through traffic and drivers turning right off NB El Camino before SB drivers get a green arrow. Suggest closing left turn lane from SB El Camino and providing flagging or similar solution in vicinity of RR tracks.

At 11:00 Feb 21 there was a construction vehicle blocking constitution drive to all traffic. Nobody is there to redirect traffic and 15 minutes later it's still there. A bystander directed some of us to cut through their neighbor's parking lot, but all the businesses south of construction gate 4 are inaccessible.

I’m a health care worker at Menlo Park Surgical hospital. We are ordered at times to park off site so as to give way to patients’ parking and because of COVID, we have no car valet services.
I reported for work on Monday, 10/26/2020 at 7:45am parking at Coleman Ave near the corner of Willow road since we were advised to park off site.
Upon returning from work, I noticed my car was gone, eventually finding out that it was towed. In short, I paid $125 for car releasing and $330 for the towing company.
I promise and swear to God that there were no visible signs of tow away zone or construction zone in the parking spot I had.
May I please be enlightened by this matter? Thank you.

I'm writing about the roadwork being done on Middlefield Rd from Willow Rd to Woodside Rd. The bike lane is very unsafe and virtually unusable. I am not sure what kind of work they are doing, but the bike lane has bumps, ruts, raised steel sheets, and piles of dirt for almost 3.5 miles.

I'm wondering:
-How long will this work be going on?
-If the work will be going on for a long time, would it be possible to fix the bumps, ruts, etc. in the bike lane to make it smoother & more usable during this work?
-If not, what do you recommend for bikes? Do you recommend taking the lane? Using alternative routes? Something else? Some signage would be helpful to direct the bikes what to do.

I just wanted to make you aware of how dangerous this is for bikes. I find myself having to weave in and out of traffic to avoid all the obstacles in the bike lane.

I appreciate your consideration.

ilegal construction on these house and to much people live is not healt for the people live on the same house

There are many residents who are woken up weekly as the city street cleaner arrives on Menlo Avenue between 4:30 AM and 5:00 AM, every Monday and Friday.
We sincerely appreciate the service and all who perform the hard work, but ask that the Menlo Ave street cleaning occur after 6:00 AM and comply with the City's noise ordinance.

A lady of this family who is play her motorcycle with her kids back and forth on the street Sevier Ave. It making very noise and dangerous. This is not the first time to do it for this family.
