    7/8/2024 another week has gone by, and nothing done since first complaint on 4/15/24. Hopefully at this point Newport Homes are getting fined daily while the neighbors around this mess has to deal with the BUG/ANIMAL INFESTATION CAUSED BY THE OVERGROWN DEAD WEEDS!
    Maybe the city will step in and do something for the taxpayers after 3 months of dealing with this!

    I found a water leak on a hill near the South Area Service Center. There are multiple puddles all over, all surrounded by bright green vegetation. The ground surrounding it is saturated and gives way easily when stepped on. There is also a bubbly green substance that looked like algae. Someone from Wastewater took a look at it and said it appears to be an irrigation leak. If someone comes to check it during the work week, I can show them where it is!

    The concrete cover on the south side of Indigo Bay— in our yard and closest to the sidewalk— is cracked and broken. We believe it’s a city utility cement cover that requires replacement. It’s been that way since we purchased the home but it’s become more of a hazard recently when walking nearby. Would love to have someone take a look and either replace this or instruct us on next steps. Thank you!

    We had a plumbing emergency. The Plumber had to shut off the main water, (at the meter), to my property. The meter/main was extremely hard to shut off and could have broken in the process. It was recommended to have the shut-off replaced by the Town of Gilbert. Please replace this for us. I have lived in this house for over 28 years. I am not aware of it's ever having been replaced.
