    Does the town of Gilbert no longer maintain the trees and brush along the powerline behind Cactus Yard? Seems all maintenance in this area stopped when the water recovery well project started 3+ years ago. The tree limbs and brush encroach on the sidewalk and the area is just overgrown with brush and weeds. Also due to no upkeep seems individuals are dumping their waste there.
  • Riparian Preserve At Water Ranch - Gilbert
    Riding our horses down Tiger Moth Territory, there are low hanging branches over the trail that we had to duck low to avoid hitting our faces on them. The trees throughout the Riparian provide wonderful shade, especially this time of year, but if the low hanging branches could be raised up, we'd appreciate it.

    Stop sign is blocked by tree. Drivers can't see the stop sign which could cause an accident if unfamiliar with neighborhood. This is also an intersection where elementary school kids cross the street with assistance of a crossing guard. High traffic area of neighborhood.

    The median landscaping is too dense/too high on Higley Rd between Superstition and Ryan. When we try to turn onto NB Higley from Superstition, it is difficult to see cars in the lane next to the median. (Notice the barely visible car in my photo)
    This is going to cause a collision.
    This is not the first time I have reported this.

    We are reaching out regarding a town complaint against Circle K located at 7165 S Val Vista Dr, Gilbert, AZ 85298. As you can see from the photo attached, their dumpster container is constantly overflowing, which has now caused mice to roam in the area and enter some of our tenants suites. We would like the town to address this issue with them and if need be, require they have their container serviced more frequently. Thank you.
