1549-1599 S Sandstone St Gilbert, AZ, 85296, USA - Gilbert
I’m reaching out regarding the public streets at Sandstone and Ray. The measured width of the street is 29 feet, and I wanted to inquire about fire lane requirements for streets under 32 feet wide.
Based on general regulations, it seems that streets of this width may require one side to be designated as a fire lane to ensure emergency vehicle access. Could you please confirm if this applies in this case and provide any guidance on the next steps?
Thank you for your time, and I look forward to your response.

2335 S Lindsay Rd Gilbert, AZ, 85295, USA - GilbertCenter Stage Academy has opened and is actively occupying a theater space at 2335 S Lindsay Rd Ste 103 (formerly Jabz boxing studio) without any occupancy information posted, without emergency lighting installed, with several other likely fire code violations and by their own admission, has not had a fire inspection conducted. Owners stated occupancy was approx. 120 but there are 120+ seats installed as well as a stage and sound booth. Over the last week, they have held 10 performances in this space with all seats filled, multiple staff in the space, and 20+ children on the stage. I am deeply concerned that this space is a catastrophe waiting to happen. Thank You
