Town-Wide Issues PLUS

We had a plumbing emergency. The Plumber had to shut off the main water, (at the meter), to my property. The meter/main was extremely hard to shut off and could have broken in the process. It was recommended to have the shut-off replaced by the Town of Gilbert. Please replace this for us. I have lived in this house for over 28 years. I am not aware of it's ever having been replaced.

This public water cover needs to be replace, this is a big hole on the cover.

Concrete water valve box is cracked and bowed in on both sides preventing lid from fitting properly. Requesting replacement.

this one is rusted and old and I am going to spend some good money on fixing my landscaping soon. Could I get a new one please?

water meter leak coming from the box located at the SW corner of ocotillo and greenfield intersection. Be careful walking in the area due to possible sink hole areas. Ground is heavily saturated and seems to be prone to collapse.

Our water bill has exploded the past couple of months. Some of that increase is from rate increases, but our water consumption has risen significantly!

I have a hard time working through the drip and sprinkler system since I am confined to a wheelchair due to ALS.

We recently discovered our water bill went very high indicating a possible big water leak whcih was not noticed by the old resident residing in the house. From checking things real quick, we thought it was coming from the irrigation while the landscaper has replaced a water feed valve in the ground but we are not sure it is fixed now. We are asking to see if there is a option utility auditor will come over and met us to go over the meter and help us to segment if leak is repaired.

This is the nearly traditional Academy abandon building. Part of the fencing is knocked down. Many doors are wide open. Huge holes in the walls. I wondered what this building is being used for when the sun goes down. Overgrown weeds, and trash everywhere.
