Town-Wide Issues PLUS

North parking lot is very cluttered with low lying tree limbs that touch the tops of parking cars and peoples head walking into the University building. There are dead plants, low lying scrubs overhanging planters, ill looking grass, not getting enough water. Empty areas where past trees/plants died and never replace and dirt is showing through rocks. Emitters dripping water on nothing, no plants, wasting water. All area needs to be blown as there is a lot of tree branches and leaves all over all walkways. What is the routing landscaping maintenance schedule?

Weeds growing through median, left turn area, and sidewalks south of Ray and Higley cross streets

on July 10th when we had the huge storm hit our area a lot of tree limbs from the school and neighboring houses 3 or houses down. the road was blocked and everyone was clearing the street and moved them off to my side of the road but still town of gilbert vs against the school yard on 154th street. We called a few times to see if someone can come pick up the debris and was not told no but to wait for bulk pickup. down the street they picked up but not ours. the road is behind Weinberg school and between the side of my house. I know the town owns the top of the street as they asphalted some and the rest is for resource accesses. My address is considered county however it is off the road on town of gilbert. We really need someone to come pick these up. what can we do to get this service? I really do not want scorpions and critters to move in and we just paid 600.00 to clean that side of the road the week before. I dont have a picture at the moment but can add one when i get back home. the picture on my phone is not sending as i am out of memory.

Pee bottle sitting in Williams Field median at S Power rd traffic. Median is west of of intersection. There is a camera on traffic light

Storm brought down tree branches Tree branches placed on curb outside of the residence Can town pick up the large branches? Thank you

These 3 pine trees have been dead going on 2 years. 2 of them are about to fall into the plant nursery and cause a huge amount of damage to the wall and the Nurseries plants. 2 are leaning really bad. the other one is just an eyesore and creats a mess of dead needles and branches. but this needs to be addressed and cut down soon before they fall on a car or the wall. Please cut down.
