The cover to the water shut off is broken and a safety hazard

water meter leak coming from the box located at the SW corner of ocotillo and greenfield intersection. Be careful walking in the area due to possible sink hole areas. Ground is heavily saturated and seems to be prone to collapse.

We need our water meter audited. We've cut back tremendously on water, being very conscious to not allow waste, and yet the past few months our bill has measured the exact same amount of 32k gallons which there is no way we are using that amount. That pushes us also in to Tier 4 and having just retired, I am now on fixed income. I've lived here 30 years and feel like I am being forced out of my home! I do not believe our billing is correct.

Not sure this is the correct category but seems closest. I was hoping to have my meter checked when possible.

As of about 4-5 days ago our water pressure inside and outside our residence has dropped significantly and there's no detectible leaks on the property that might explain it. A couple days prior I *did* see someone working in our valve box and I think I saw the valve itself removed. I think it was the Gigapower workers that are wiring our neighborhood for fiber. The timing is close enough that I wonder if they broke something.

This isn't super-high priority but I'd like to get on the schedule.

My name is Jared. I'm with Element Landscape. We service this property. This leak is not ours. We've had the backflows off for 2 weeks now and this water hasn't gone anywhere. Has the bad smell like deep/slow leaks get some times. Were thinking it might be a city main line. Hoping someone could take a look at it as soon as possible. This is my 8th attempt at using this app that keeps crashing. And I have sent 5 emails to the city about it. hopefully someone sees this . For 3 months I've been paying $500 a month for water. there is a major leak detected by a plumber at my main. Was told to call and email you guys and that didn't work. someone in the reviews said to try this app. I'm not holding my breath but please call me 480-815-0087

I would like to have my meter reviewed. There is no way 2 people are using the amount of water. Please review asap!

Water is pouring out of the water meter box on the east side of the property

Several months ago we had a problem with water pressure to our home. Our plumber diagnosed the problem as a water meter problem. You folks came out and replaced the faulty meter. That took care of the problem for some time, but now the exact same problem has arisen, poor/pulsing water pressure. We would like to schedule someone to fix

During front yard work at my property, the contractor discovered that the water service line is buried only approximately 6–8 inches below grade. This appears significantly shallower than typical Town of Gilbert / MAG engineering standards for water service lines.

I am requesting inspection and confirmation from Public Works / Engineering on whether this installation is compliant with Town of Gilbert standards, and guidance on next steps if it is not.

This appears to be a construction-related issue from original installation, not homeowner modification.
