    The El Dorado golf course is not maintaining their property along McQueen. This has been ongoing issue. They only maintain what their budget allows per the golf course. This is an eye sore as you drive past this particular golf course.

    and Years ago the city of Gilbert gave money to our association for trees and put rubberized asphalt on the German bridge to cut down on noise. The trees have consistently been chopped not blocking out the view and the traffic has gotten louder since the rubberized asphalt was never replaced. Looking for a solution to cut down on noise. Would love to see the bridge repaved and permission to increase our block wall height. 480-980-7335.

    I am inquiring if fire hydrants in established residential areas need to maintain a 3 foot clearance around the circumference of the hydrant?

    The property at 3832 E. Packard Drive has planted a larger bush and rock next to the fire hydrant.

    Stop sign is blocked by tree. Drivers can't see the stop sign which could cause an accident if unfamiliar with neighborhood. This is also an intersection where elementary school kids cross the street with assistance of a crossing guard. High traffic area of neighborhood.

    The wood gate on the side yard entrance is rotted and falling off. It had been repaired several months ago but has not been kept up. It looks very bad for our neighborhood as it shows extreme dis repair and lack of maintenance. I would like to see it repaired and painted.
