    this person puts his garbage cans and bulk pick up in front of the fire hydrant and cable box every week. the garage man could hit the cable box with his claw and he should not block access to the hydrant with his garbage. this is my second request to address this.

    Would you please take a look at this hydrant when you have a chance? As it turns out, it is showing signs of wear and is missing blue raised pavement markers.
