Town-Wide Issues PLUS

Tilson was working on our street Wednesday - Friday. There now appears to be water running down the street that shouldn’t be there. It is directly above the in ground water meter.

Meter left uncovered.

Concrete cover on city utility access is broken beyond repair It's located in the front yard in the north east corner of the lot at 3967 This utility cover was broken when we purchased the home , but we never went into our front yard so it didn't matter Now we want to enjoy our front yard and this concrete cover postsa hazard Another utility company instructed us it was a city matter Could you replace this or instruct us on next steps? We had a plumbing emergency. The Plumber had to shut off the main water, (at the meter), to my property. The meter/main was extremely hard to shut off and could have broken in the process. It was recommended to have the shut-off replaced by the Town of Gilbert. Please replace this for us. I have lived in this house for over 28 years. I am not aware of it's ever having been replaced.

We noticed a large amount of water spanning our building and the building next door in the front off of Gilbert Rd.
We are unable to determine where the water is coming from. We did call the police after hours number to report as well.

water meter leak coming from the box located at the SW corner of ocotillo and greenfield intersection. Be careful walking in the area due to possible sink hole areas. Ground is heavily saturated and seems to be prone to collapse.

The cover to the water shut off is broken and a safety hazard

My plumber came to replace hos bibs & spigots as well as faucets. He couln't get the water meter at the street to shut off. I call over 10 weeks ago to request for it to be replaced. I've yet to hear back.

Continues to leak Reported over 8 days ago & no one from the town of Gilbert has addressed

There is standing water in the water box near the sidewalk. I would like to know if this is a city issue with the meter or if it something I need to address (for a home sale inspection).

This landscaping company is storing their commercial vehicles in the neighborhood and running the business out of one of the houses. They have multiple vehicles and trailers all over.
