    The sidewalk on the south side of Sagebrush needs repair. It is cracked, broken and depressed and is a tripping hazard. It is between 3657 and 3669 E Sagebrush St in front of the large shared electrical and cable boxes.

    My parents are visiting from out of town. We stopped by the new water tower park. It is wonderful. Great job on the remodel.

    I believe there is a liability in the south east corner of the new water tower park There is a walkway along the water wall. At the end of the walkway, there is a drop off. There is no railing and it looks like stairs down to the street, but the stairs are twice the size of regular stairs. It would be nice if they were regular stairs, otherwise the walkway along the water wall is a dead end and everyone must make a U-turn and walk back along the water wall

    Hoping stairs can be installed at the east end of the waterwall so it it not a dead end and people may fall off
