The median landscaping is too dense/too high on Higley Rd between Superstition and Ryan. When we try to turn onto NB Higley from Superstition, it is difficult to see cars in the lane next to the median. (Notice the barely visible car in my photo)
This is going to cause a collision.
This is not the first time I have reported this.

There are well over 30 dead trees, not to mention innumerable shrubs in front of the water treatment plant. They really need to be removed and replaced, plus the drip system probably needs to be updated. It is an eyesore! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call me.

the rain did a bit of a number on the highway trail just east of Recker. Any chance this can be filled to avoid a trip hazard?

The former property of Bergies Coffee is looking very bad and needs immediate attention. This isn’t acceptable especially in the Heritage District.

There is broken tail/head light and metal in the road at the corner of Merlot and Val vista that needs to be swept of out of the road from an accident

Neighbor's home has abandoned vehicles in the driveway, weeds growing out of control in yard, in sidewalk and driveway joints, in streetscape. Already reported to HOA, issues remain unaddressed and has gone on for many months. When vegetation dries out, it will be a fire hazard.
