    The main line closer to the street was found this morning by our landscaping crew with water gushing out of it, both lines are leaking. We have turned off the water to the building but can turn off the water towards the street because it needs to be turned off by the meter.

    The valve that shuts water off from the street to house located at the meter wont shut off all the way and allows water to flow even when shut off. Need to get it to seal all the way to perform a repair on the home.

    Water usage indicated on bill tripled from any other month we have lived here, we have been unable to identify a source for the additional billed usage, would like the meter checked for leaks or other errors that could explain the unusual consumption.

    There appears to be a water leak coming from the meter. That area is always wet and has puddles. I noticed it while working the area. The meter is on Orchid st.
