The sprinkler is broken. Not constantly running, just whenever your timers are going.
East side of Lindsay, close to street light, it's behind house #234 Heritage Drive.
It's spraying on the wall/over the wall into the Lowe Estate's alleyway. Hope this helps.

Not sure where this water is coming from. I can’t tell if it’s from overflow from my drip lines but it started showing up shortly after they ran the fiber cable in that same vicinity. If it is coming from my drip lines I will fix it but I can’t see it coming over the sidewalk

    Leak at Jiffy Lube
  • 1075 W Park Ave Gilbert, Arizona, 85233 - Gilbert
Water continues to be visible and I have had my drip line watering turned off for over a week to ensure it’s not a leak in my yard. I also see this same kind of puddling two doors down on the same side of the street as mine. This started showing up after ubiquity finished installing the fiber lines on this side of the street.

citizen advised that irrigation overflow is pouring gallons per minute into retention basin. Also advised it's steaming. Officer checked on it and said no known emergency but not sure if it needs the attention of the water department
  • 4527 E Loma Vista St Gilbert, Arizona, 85295 - Gilbert
I believe there may be a pinhole leak in the city pipe that is pushing water into my front yard. I discovered that my entire front yard has been damp for a few weeks. I shut off ALL irrigation to my yard, at the value, over 12 days ago and had my irrigation specialist check all of the lines. He also dug the ditch as seen in the photo to check for any leaks in the pipe leading from the city pipe to our house. There are no leaks detected, yet the ground is wet across my entire front yard. I have monitored the water meter when our water is off and the meter detects no leaks. I have a neighbor on one side and a round-about on the other. There are no other explanations as to why my entire yard is so damp. I even have moss growing in some areas. I would like to request a technician to inspect this area to determine why the area continues to be damp across the entire front yard.

My wife and I were on vacation when we were notified that a Town of Gilbert staff member was at our house trying to reach us stating we had a "massive leak". He had apparently looked around our home and didn't see anything so assumed that the leak was in the house.
We ultimately tried to contact the Gilbert Water Works staff member to see what more we could find out and as the offices are closed on Friday we contacted the Police Department who dispatched Officer Fisher to our home. He, too, walked around our home and saw no leaks, peered into the windows and saw no leaks and we opened the garage door remotely and he saw no signs of any water damage.
He did notify us that there were water meter issues happening and perhaps this was something we should check into when we return from our vacation.
Our meter read we used 315,000 gallons of water when our average usage is 6-18,000 gallons.
The only unusual thing that happened this Summer was our water irrigation timer we use to fill our pool for 20 minutes a few times a week during the summer was broken during a monsoon by a falling branch from our tree and when we returned home from a previous vacation the water was running. At that time, there was not much of a big puddle and the water was absorbed completely in a matter of hours. I installed a much more substantial unit and we've had no further problems.
Our bill is for $2.838.12 whereas our bill is usually $150-200.00.
We would sure like someone to help check our meter and see what can be done with this absolutely HUMONGOUS bill.
    Thank you for your assistance.
