    just when you think that traffic is getting a little better it gets so much worse. I just drove back from Sam's Club to my house a little north of Warner on Val Vista. I caught every single traffic light from Sam's Club to Warner.

    The left turn green light to go from northbound S Val Vista drive to westbound Chandler Heights Rd is very short You will barely get two vehicles to turn before it changes to a flashing yellow

    North intersection at Rome coming into Pecos does not wait to trigger red on Pecos. Triggers immediately, stopping traffic for no reason. Cars turning right didn't wait at all, but the light turned red on Pecos with no cars North or South on Rome.

    A request was submitted a couple of weeks ago related to potential controlled trail crossing on Recker between Guadalupe and Elliot, but has since been archived. It would be appreciated if that study would also include providing restrictions to vehicles using the public utility easement as a cross cut from Recker to Power Rd and Highland High and from Recker to the next block west. This easement, while necessary, allows all types vehicles to travel, unrestricted, blending both pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles. It also creates additional noise, dust and potential safety concerns near the residents who live on the border of this access. Thank you.

    Crosswalk light at Recker Rd., just south of the Santan 202 Freeway, needs to be upgraded to those similar at Elliot Rd. and the Eastern Canal/Santan Vista Trail. Current lights at Recker and the 202 are difficult to see at dusk and dawn, so people just zip past them, and almost hit pedestrians and bike riders.

    Aps construction and blue streak replaced the street poles outside of the house and marked up the street and side walk with paint which is semi permanent and has not come up for over a month. They both stated that they don't remove the paint although they put the markings down.

    Paint is found both on the side of the residence and in the front. Please remove.
