    There are two sink holes outside of our property on the corner of the street. There has been a history of sink holes on this same street causing water main damage and flooding. Can we please get these checked out? They are right below the stop sign of Melrose and Rockwell

    There was work done on a fire hydrant in front of our house (the hydrant is within our property line). It appears that a shut off valve and cover were installed in the sidewalk in front of the hydrant. This cover is about a 1/2 to 3/4 inch above the surrounding sidewalk. This is presenting a clear trip hazard in our cul de sac. We know that this is there, but visitors, delivery people or walkers may not. This should be fixed.

    There is an even worst example on the northwest corner of Freestone Blvd. and Douglas. It is in the corner area that is relieved for the handicapped. Just noticed this morning.

    Water main break? Water & silt are coming up from the middle of the road on Bar Diamond & John St intersection.

    The water line leak ( at the corner of Cambridge and Laurel) was repaired but required the concrete sidewalk to be damaged. The maintenance crew used asphalt to hopefully temporarily repair the sidewalk. I want to make sure that this is the case and that concrete will be used to finalize the repair.

    As mentioned in my prior request Issue ID: 6350599 , There is another trip hazard on the Northwest corner of Freestone Pkwy and Douglas Ave. This one is even worse and in the handicapped area.
