There is trash and debris also overgrown trees growing within the water treatment plant.

Overgrown property with weeds, grass and tons of trash and debris. Old construction material sitting in front yard, discarded cars, broken vehicle equipment, noise from taking parts off of cars late nights.

Weeds are all over the front yard.

There are many dead weeds over 3 feet high all over the yard especially the side yard. As hot as it is and if it were to catch fire the entire neighborhood would be at risk,

This Palo Verde is leaning badly and is going to be lost if not staked up. it is located on the City of Gilbert's property just over the fence from the Waste Treatment Plant on Marbella Blvd.

Stinknet starting to take over

Apparently this was first reported 05/2023 and the tree STILL hasn't been trimmed! This is a huge hazard, we cannot see when making a left onto Boston St, from Gilbert Rd.

This parcel between the green fence and canal belongs to the town of Gilbert and has vegetation growing in the canal which is obstructing irrigation. The road side was cleaned up a short time ago, but not the strip between the green fence and the canal running along 159th street heading west from Greenfield Road.

The trees on the south side of williams field road between Somerton and Power Rd are in desperate need of trimming. They are blocking the sidewalk and causing a hazard.
