There is broken tail/head light and metal in the road at the corner of Merlot and Val vista that needs to be swept of out of the road from an accident

The median landscaping is too dense/too high on Higley Rd between Superstition and Ryan. When we try to turn onto NB Higley from Superstition, it is difficult to see cars in the lane next to the median. (Notice the barely visible car in my photo)
This is going to cause a collision.
This is not the first time I have reported this.

There are well over 30 dead trees, not to mention innumerable shrubs in front of the water treatment plant. They really need to be removed and replaced, plus the drip system probably needs to be updated. It is an eyesore! If you have any questions, don't hesitate to call me.

Pine tree overhangs 338 N Cobblestone St property line. Loose pine needles are everywhere on both sides and this tree never gets maintained Please trim back this tree past property line. ..

There is about six or seven red push pistache trees on the North side of the path that have the leaves shriveling up It may be a lack of water. Several trees west of there have already been cut down that have died.

Large pile of branches in the street blocking one lane.
These branches have been there for approximately three weeks.
They are now dried up from the heat and possibly a fire hazard.
This issue has been reported to our HOA management company.
It is the HOA understanding that the owner is currently not at the residence.

Over 10" tall weeds and now some trash. I'm sure the businesses renting there aren't happy about this either
