Town-Wide Issues PLUS

I live in the newly constructed apartments just south of the site where the Welcome Home Veterans park was supposed to be located. My apartment faces north and I have to constantly view the blue tarped fence surrounding the area (tarp is missing in multiple places) as well as the large piles of dirt and weeds that encompass the site. It's now been a few years and nothing at all has been done to maintain this land owned by the Town. This is far from an ideal way for a government organization to "lead by example"

Down Palo Verde Branches left over from last months wind event. They were downed on Higley but dragged to their current location to clear Higley. They have not been removed and are dead and an eye sore. They need to be removed.

Sidewalk tree over growth Mesquite tree with thorns.

Overgrown vegetation on the S/E corner is already encroaching into the bike lane.

The trees on the south side of williams field road between Somerton and Power Rd are in desperate need of trimming. They are blocking the sidewalk and causing a hazard.

Dead/dying pine trees along the public road are hazard during storms, branches hanging low next to house. Sissu tree next to it is hanging over fence and roots are causing damage to lawn

Dried out weeds covering the landscaping on south side of Pecos rd west of 202 overpass

There are many dead weeds over 3 feet high all over the yard especially the side yard. As hot as it is and if it were to catch fire the entire neighborhood would be at risk,

Tree hanging onto sidewalk and bike lane. Cannot safely ride without getting hit in face by branches. Mormon Church on Guadalupe road and Kenneth Lane.

There is trash and debris also overgrown trees growing within the water treatment plant.
