    We had a plumbing emergency. The Plumber had to shut off the main water, (at the meter), to my property. The meter/main was extremely hard to shut off and could have broken in the process. It was recommended to have the shut-off replaced by the Town of Gilbert. Please replace this for us. I have lived in this house for over 28 years. I am not aware of it's ever having been replaced.

    The valve that shuts water off from the street to house located at the meter wont shut off all the way and allows water to flow even when shut off. Need to get it to seal all the way to perform a repair on the home.

    I am the property manager at Keller at Town Square (150 E Warner Rd). There is a leak before the meter at the meter located near the street right on Warner. This is leaking and making a pond on our property.

    The main line closer to the street was found this morning by our landscaping crew with water gushing out of it, both lines are leaking. We have turned off the water to the building but can turn off the water towards the street because it needs to be turned off by the meter.
