There is a "No Man's land" behind Arizona Financial and the Sonoran Vista Sub-division that No one maintains, it is constantly overgrown with weeds and trash, is a constant fire hazard, and vermin and feral cat breeding ground...

There is about six or seven red push pistache trees on the North side of the path that have the leaves shriveling up It may be a lack of water. Several trees west of there have already been cut down that have died.

The planned construction lot is overrun with weeds. Many of these are invasive species and are invading surrounding homeowners. I have seen no actions taken on this lot for several months, but it has become an issue for the surrounding neighbors.

Stop sign is blocked by tree. Drivers can't see the stop sign which could cause an accident if unfamiliar with neighborhood. This is also an intersection where elementary school kids cross the street with assistance of a crossing guard. High traffic area of neighborhood.
