    Young adults drifting and peeling out atop of the parking garage. Constant issues with speeding cars. A speed bump on each turn would correct the issue. Noise from cars with loud mufflers a constant problem as well for people who live at 36 E Vaughn as well as people who are at the restaurants. Please correct the issues.

    Missing stop sign. I've almost been t-boned at least twice in the last year while going east on Coconino, and I've heard from many others in the neighborhood that it's happened to them as well. Many people believe this sign has been missing for at least a couple of years.

    What is going on with this construction? I was told the location of the median is off by a couple of feet. Why is this even needed at this turn? Most of the vehicles turning there are trucks with trailers going to Lowes an now they will be sticking out blocking the left lane. Can you just remove this median and put it back the way it was?

    I've asked for help already with Rice Elementary traffic due to the construction. My post was hijacked and no one responded to me or my issue. Even when I repeated myself and asked for help. My post should get a response. Please help us. As a parent of Rice Elementary students, it is sometimes almost impossible to exit the school in the mornings making a left hand turn. The traffic going through the construction makes it very dangerous. We can't see properly to turn left. Cars block the road, traffic and construction trucks don't stop to allow a break to turn. If we turn right, there's no where to turn around. The neighbors are already mad about cars cutting through the neighborhoods and that is not a good option. We need some help. I've almost been hit a couple of times and it takes way too long to exit. This is all due to the construction and we need at least a temporary solution of someone directing traffic or a temporary light or something. This can't continue! Please help us! Please do something. Nothing has changed.

    My name is Clyde Shufran and I reside at 283 S Tiago Dr in Madera Parc Estates. My backyard looks out onto Cooper Rd where the road construction is in progress. Unfortunately, my house is located immediately adjacent to where the TRANSITION from the new asphalt pavement to the old pavement occurs. Since completing the overnight shift of Cooper Rd traffic to the west side of the road, the extreme loud banging noise and jarring vibration from trucks hitting that TRANSITION in the pavement is very unsettling. In particular, the large semi-trucks that speed up and down Cooper Rd are mostly contributing to this problem. I would appreciate it if you would investigate this issue and initiate a solution ASAP. This pavement TRANSITION needs to be improved! The transfer from 'old to new' pavement is TOO ABRUPT and needs to be gradually 'feathered' to reduce the loud banging and vibration that is occurring.

    Your immediate handling of this problem would be greatly appreciated.

    On June 21,2014 I (ticket #16889424) requested stop signs be installed on streets that enter Martingale. The feed back from the responding city person was basically in a nutshell "tough it out, we aren't going to do anything".
    I cited the perfect example where Stop signs are used throughout the community of "The Gardens". Every street has one no matter what street the intersection.
    I am requesting this be escalated to the top. If you would like I would be happy to meet with a senior member of the traffic division on site and discuss the situation
