    Our water meter was replaced earlier this week. I noticed today that the meter top was not fitting. I went and looked and the hole was filled with water. The meter not fitting is due to the box on the pipe being too high up on the pipe. It needs to be moved back but I cannot seem to do it manually myself based on how it's connected to the piping.

    We had a plumbing emergency. The Plumber had to shut off the main water, (at the meter), to my property. The meter/main was extremely hard to shut off and could have broken in the process. It was recommended to have the shut-off replaced by the Town of Gilbert. Please replace this for us. I have lived in this house for over 28 years. I am not aware of it's ever having been replaced.

    Hi. Meter read is high this month and wanted someone from the conservation department to come investigate the issue please
