    I have reported this before. The left turn signal from Val Vista turning west on baseline is literally 10 seconds during rush hour and let's 3 cars maximum through. Have other people reported it?

    Was on S Fiesta at Guadalupe and waiting and waited for light to change After over 5 minutes was forced to turn right (west) and make a u-turn to go East as light never changed Great job on the intersection but need to recognize cars wanting to torn left onto Guadalupe so the light will eventually change

    A request was submitted a couple of weeks ago related to potential controlled trail crossing on Recker between Guadalupe and Elliot, but has since been archived. It would be appreciated if that study would also include providing restrictions to vehicles using the public utility easement as a cross cut from Recker to Power Rd and Highland High and from Recker to the next block west. This easement, while necessary, allows all types vehicles to travel, unrestricted, blending both pedestrians, cyclists and vehicles. It also creates additional noise, dust and potential safety concerns near the residents who live on the border of this access. Thank you.

    Crosswalk light at Recker Rd., just south of the Santan 202 Freeway, needs to be upgraded to those similar at Elliot Rd. and the Eastern Canal/Santan Vista Trail. Current lights at Recker and the 202 are difficult to see at dusk and dawn, so people just zip past them, and almost hit pedestrians and bike riders.

    Fiber cable piping has been pushed from the west to the east of Cayman Square. Dr. and has caused bulges on the roadway, the most significant one being on the intersection of Juniper Ave and Cayman Sq. Dr. This in the future could further deteriorate the pavement.

    Aps construction and blue streak replaced the street poles outside of the house and marked up the street and side walk with paint which is semi permanent and has not come up for over a month. They both stated that they don't remove the paint although they put the markings down.

    Paint is found both on the side of the residence and in the front. Please remove.
